ESPA LEADER PROGRAM

ESPA’s leadership program is for members at the associate director, director and VP level and is a forum for leaders in the service field to collaborate, share best practices and talk through challenges and solutions.

Leaders within our member organizations meet on a regular basis to discuss key topics for those leading services departments. A dedicated track is held at the Annual Conference. Recent topics have included:

Demonstrating the value of services to your organization
Goalsetting and budgeting
COVID-19 best practices and new services
Leading through change & challenging times

Topic: Roundtables: Hot Topics for Event Services Leaders
Date: Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at 1:00pm ET

We can’t ever get enough of roundtable time at Conference, so we are extending our leader roundtables for this first webinar program. Join your fellow ESPA leaders in a 60-minute roundtable discussion on hot topics affecting Event Services Associate Directors, Directors or VPs. During discussions at the Conference, we hear that Leaders want a time and place to ask their peers questions and learn how other leaders handle a variety of situations. Our member leaders have a vast pool of knowledge and experiences, and in these forums, it’s a great time for collaboration as we face new opportunities and challenges in our Services departments. Come to the call with one question you would like to pose to your peers – any question or challenge, just something you’d like to talk about and get your peers’ thoughts on – everyone will have their time to ask a question in breakout groups. We will have general discussions at the beginning of the call as a full group, followed by breakout time, and end with high level takeaways for all.

This is one interactive discussion you won’t want to miss! Be prepared to share your thoughts and solutions with your fellow ESPA leaders, and come with your own question too!

Note: Registration requires approval from ESPA Headquarters. Once you have been approved, you will receive a link from Zoom to join the call. If you do not receive this link by the morning of the roundtables please email ESPA headquarters at info@epsaonline.org at least 1 hour before the start of the program and the link will be resent to you.
