ESPA Consents & Code of Conduct

Consent to Recording, Capture, and Distribution
ESPA will be taking photographs and may record in audio and/or video format the sessions. ESPA may elect to distribute the recordings and associated materials either individually or as part of a compilation. By attending, your image and/or voice in photographs, video recordings, electronic reproductions, audio recordings, and other media may be used, including, but not limited to publications, on their websites, and in any other marketing and promotional materials. You acknowledge these activities and consent to such recording, capture, and distribution, royalty-free.

No Attendee Recording, Reproduction, and Distribution of Content Permitted
By registering and attending ESPA’s Annual Conference, attendees agree to not record, photograph, reproduce, or distribute any presentations or other content presented at the meeting, as session and slide content is the intellectual property of our speakers. As authorized, ESPA will post presentations for attendees post-conference.

ESPA Conference Program Code of Conduct & Consent
ESPA is committed to providing a welcoming environment for all event participants and staff.  As such ALL participants in this event are expected to abide by this Code of Conduct.

Unacceptable behavior at any ESPA event is defined as:

  • ESPA has zero-tolerance for any form of discrimination, abuse or harassment to any participant of its events. ESPA asks that you inform the ESPA team on site immediately if you experience or witness any type of discriminatory or abusive action so that we can take the appropriate actions.
  • Presentations, and questions or comments made during sessions, should not contain any disparaging or inappropriate content related to speakers, attendees, member organizations, sponsors, ESPA, or any other entity.
  • Disruption or interruption of presentations during sessions, the breakouts, or at other events organized by ESPA throughout the meeting will not be allowed. All attendees must comply with the instructions of the moderator and any ESPA event staff.

ESPA reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from the meeting without warning or refund, in response to any incident of unacceptable behavior, and ESPA reserves the right to prohibit attendance at any future meeting, virtually or in person.
