Convention service managers are crucial members of an event venue’s team. They help reserve conference rooms, organize banquet services, set up an event space to a client’s satisfaction and offer myriad other services. Experts estimate roughly 40 million Americans have some form of disability. Given this high percentage, it’s a safe assumption that every event will have some participants with disabilities.
