Who Are ESPA Mentors?
Our mentors are passionate, seasoned ESPs who volunteer their time to give back to the profession. They are committed to shaping the next wave of industry leaders while continuing to grow themselves.
How It Works
- Sign Up: Submit an application to become a mentor or mentee.
- Get Matched: ESPA pairs participants by discipline (hotel, convention center, CVB, planner, etc.) and region whenever possible.
- Build the Bond: Once connected, the relationship grows at your pace. Mentors provide guidance, share solutions, spark ideas, and sometimes just listen.
