Q: Describe something fun, different or outside the box that you have done in your services role:
A: We bring Puerto Rico’s heritage to every program, offering fun experiences like mofongo classes, bomba dance classes, and artisan workshops, to name a few, creating unique, memorable moments that let attendees connect with the destination.
Q: What tips do you have for developing good working relationships with others in your hotel, center or destination?
A: Building strong relationships starts with listening, genuinely caring, and being humble. I focus on supporting my colleagues by anticipating opportunities, strategizing together, and providing clear communication so they can shine with clients. Playing on their team and earning their respect not only strengthens those relationships but also sets the tone for my own team’s collaboration and success.
