Active Member -
This category is for representatives at event and convention facilities, hotels or convention and visitor bureaus whose primary function is in servicing events, or oversight of servicing events . Active members can join at 1 of 2 levels: Individual or Organization.
Please note: If a member location holds an organization or corporate membership, all members from that location must fall under that membership.

A representative of companies and organizations that supply services and products to the conventions, meetings and exhibitions industry, the purchase of whose services and products is directed, recommended or strongly influenced by the Active Members of ESPA.
Meeting Professional Member

Individuals who plan meetings and conventions for associations, corporations, government agencies and other business entities.
Contributing Member

A person who has an interest in learning or staying abreast of ESPA and/or Services industry education and trends, yet does not currently fit into another member category. This may include former members or employees of convention facilities or bureaus that are not predominantly involved in servicing events, such as marketing or sales representatives.
Educational Institution

Any accredited post-secondary college, university or school. The membership shall comprise one (1) individual to serve as the primary member contact, to be specifically named and updated by the institution. The Institution primary contact may extend membership benefits to up to five (5) enrolled students.
Student

Any student engaged in hospitality or convention management study at an accredited college or university.
