Our popular Souvenir Swap is back!
Show off your organization's best giveaways
What are the latest and coolest amenities and give-aways? Find out here. It's a little bit of show and tell, and a fun exchange too! Give something, take something, and get some great ideas along the way.
You can either pack & bring these giveaways with you or ship them to the hotel to your own attention (shipping instructions will be shared before the Conference). Attendees can set out their items on our display tables on opening morning.

Did you know? ESPA grants a Conference Scholarship to an ESPC Certification Participant each year.
If you are enrolled in the ESPC Certification program – or have already earned it – this opportunity supports you with your educational goals. You will receive a complimentary registration to the event, earning you significant continuing education credits. Learn more about the Scholarship and the ESPC Program.
Student Scholarship
Students – Are you studying hospitality at a university near our Conference destination?

Girls Inc. of Tarrant County inspires girls to reach their full potential through mentorships, a learning environment and a strong sense of sisterhood. Since 1976, they have inspired leaders to be strong, smart, and bold. Today, they serve nearly 17,000 young women per year. Learn more.
