Idea Network...An ACOM Forum to Share Industry Practices

Every other month, ACOM presents a continuing education program. These may either be Webinars or Idea Network calls; entitled "The Idea ACOM Forum to Share Industry Practices". Open to ACOM members only, "The Idea Network" features a conference call for the Hotel and Convention Center segment and a separate call for CVB representatives.

Each program is one hour in length with specific topics to be addressed and facilitators to keep the discussion moving along. Participants in the conference call exchange ideas and best practices and have the opportunity to learn from each other. The more members that are actively participating in the program, the better the outcome for everyone. You will receive .1 CEU credit for participating.

ACOM's Idea Network program is an easy, affordable way to stay in touch in our industry! The cost is only $20.00, and you can invite your whole department into your office to participate by speaker phone. What an incredible value!!! It is scheduled in the middle of the day at 1:00 pm Eastern Time to create the greatest opportunity for each of you to participate.  Please see below for the two tracks we have in place for the next program. Plan to spend an hour of open discussion with your ACOM colleagues and share best practices and ideas that can help CSMs be even better.
